Huandao Zou Buluo

Media project / cultural documentation / 100+ tribal visits

A long-term media and cultural storytelling project documenting Indigenous communities across Taiwan since 2019.

My role spans filming, concept development, cultural interviews, social content planning, and brand building.

  • The project uses field visits as a method, documenting not only scenery but also people, everyday life, rituals, stories, and local needs.
  • It grew from mobile recording and self-media into a service practice grounded in cultural film and design.
  • The channel and social platforms help collaborators understand the visual language and cultural position behind the work.

The project grew from self-media into Huandao Zou Buluo Co., Ltd., building film, design, events, and cultural communication services.

Cultural Field Documentation

Documentary / cultural action / tribal film

Field-based visual work that respects rituals, everyday life, local stories, and community memory.

My role is both documentarian and cultural translator, helping people keep their own narrative position.

  • Before filming, the work begins with context, taboos, elder perspectives, and collaboration boundaries.
  • During filming, the goal is to preserve the rhythm of the field rather than over-direct culture.
  • In editing, subtitles, structure, and sequence help audiences understand the relationships behind the event.

The work helps audiences see not only scenery, but land, memory, taboos, and community relationships.

AI and Public Education

AI training / public speaking / workflow consulting

Practical AI education and consulting for schools, public-sector teams, and organizations.

My role is course designer and consultant, translating AI tools into exercises and workflows different teams can use.

  • The training starts from real tasks: planning, slides, scripts, social copy, content review, and information organization.
  • The course keeps cultural and ethical judgment in the workflow, so AI supports context rather than replacing it.
  • Consulting can help teams build prompt templates, content processes, review rules, and adoption rhythm.

AI becomes practical content and process that teams can understand, practice, and continue using.
